How To Cook?
Ready your materials (masala) by chopping garlic and green chili, grinding ginger to cook. Thaw our frozen kofta kababs, and make sure they’re at room temperature before frying. Add them in a hot pan with vegetable oil and fry them for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown.
Next, prepare the kofta masala by heating oil in a separate pan and adding your chopped garlic, ginger, and green chili. Cook until fragrant and then add wheat flour to make a roux. Gradually add water to create a thick sauce consistency. Add salt to taste.
Once the koftas are fried, place them into the masala gravy and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes so that all the flavors can blend together. Serve hot with rice or naan bread for a complete meal experience.
